Our strategy journey began with in-depth market research, a branding analysis and a refined
brand positioning, leading to a fresh and accessible identity that resonates with customers
and their project.

Strategy

The strategy focused on establishing an emotional connection with the customer,
translated into 3 principles – Quality, Accessibility, Beauty–, a clarifying baseline, a well
thought through colour palette with a purple promotional canvas, motion branding, and a
lifestyle-focused new brand image set.

A muti-channel rollout, launched during the January 2024 sales period, was FloorHouse’s first campaign feat. Told from the floor’s perspective, showcased everyday moments where flooring takes centre stage. The campaign’s retail promise translated the strategy insight of FloorHouse’s as an expert in the benchmark.

The campaign included print ads, a campaign website, display banners, and targeted social media, all driving traffic to FloorHouse stores. A final sales tag-on video encouraged conversions during the sales period.
