Until further notice, our faith in humanity and in the BOCA’s jury stands firm. At the ‘Best of Content Awards’ ceremony, we got to take the stage twice. We won two Silver awards for our HOGENT case in the categories ‘Highest conversion response from a content programme’ and ‘Best use of ambassadors in a content programme’.
That’s well deserved, when you see the results we achieved with our campaign. Because COVID suddenly no longer allowed physical open days at the college, we completely overhauled our ‘Give the world your best’ campaign and went full-force online. We had some students and former students who became ambassadors for HOGENT through video clips and live chats. Despite a limited media budget (10K), we reached some 22,000 chat portal visitors (over 100 chats a day), our Google display banners and ads scored 4.8 million views, and via social media we reached 500,000 people with 10 million views. HOGENT recorded 5.37% more new registrations than the year before. Or to put it in technical jargon: successful!
