As our team of 40+ is growing, we’re on the lookout for a Motion Designer with passion, power and a vision. If you’re into short and snappy content as well as consistent brand building and visual identities that match the right strategies, … we’re your match.

What’s the job:

• You are good in animation of logos, motion branding, supers, lower thirds, end slates, transitions, social content, bannering campaigns,.. all of that. And you also need the feel of making them move so smoothly you want to do a little dance.
• You love editing. You and the art director make fluent transitions and a crisp story.
• You start every motion design from the brand and its strategy and guidelines, which you understand and effortlessly transform into a beating and attractive animation. 
• You smoothly translate creative campaigns and briefings into distinctive animation that fits within any brand (commercial, alternative and corporate, you love them equally.

What you can expect:

• You’ll join our creative & design team as you will be involved across our service teams (strategy, branding, communications, PR & content, platforms & technology, digital marketing and media). 
• You’ll work closely together with the Design Director and the Creative Director as well as with the content creators and client managers, the digital strategists and the other lovely designers. As you are a real team player, you are eager to exchange ideas in order to improve the project.

What will contribute to you being the right candidate:

• You are a senior – at least 4 years of experience or more is a must. You are eager to grow and lead projects.
• You keep a cool head and move even better under a little time pressure.
• Extra points for: subtitling, illustrative animation, interactive videos, 3D, storyboarding and animatics, platforms, devices and sizes, music selection and sound effects.
• You have very well-developed communication skills (including spotless Dutch & English).
• We are looking for a teamplayer, but not the vacancy buzz-word one, a real one! You love to make things happen together as a team. You love a daily lunch chat, you adore a teambuilding night out.
• We are looking for someone on the payroll (not a freelancer, we know enough of lovely freelance motion designers, thanks!).
