About the position
Establishing meaningful brand interactions between audiences and companies will make them grow. As Strategic Planner, you will get a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for our clients’ campaigns and beyond. Your tasks will include:

  • Analysis: research and analyse market trends, competitor strategies, consumer insights, emotional triggers and cultural trends, identify strengths and opportunities.
  • Continuous learning: discovering and evangelising science- and experience-based learnings and insights throughout the agency and applying them.
  • Strategy development: consultancy and advising creative strategy for campaign briefings, aligning with client goals and target group insights alike.
  • Implement and optimise measurement strategies, from defining KPI’s to collaborating with the digital teams to measure campaign impact.
  • Nurturing client relations by presenting insights, strategies and recommendations.
  • Continuously increasing the level of quality and creativity of all agency output.
  • Discovering and testing creative and technological innovations relevant to our sector or to our customers.


What we’d like you to ’ve done up to now

  • Proven experience in a strategic planning role within an advertising agency.
  • A Master’s degree in human sciences.
  • Strong interest in branding, advertising and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of online and offline touchpoints.
  • An overall interest in economy and communication.
  • Strong presentation skills (in Dutch and English, preferably French too), with the ability to turn complex data into simple words.
  • Knowing your way around socials, analytics tools, survey platforms etc.
  • Stress-resilience, able to manage multiple taks, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
